Installation & Compatibility Notes
Before installation, shut-off pump power and relieve system pressure. Remove the existing valve, clean all connection surfaces, and align plumbing to the new valve ports. Properly attach unions or solvent-cement joints to 2″ plumbing. After assembly, restore circulation and verify each handle position functions as expected (e.g., correct flow direction, no leaks). For optimum results, install on level equipment pad and ensure access to handle and sight-glass.
Maintenance Tips
- Check the sight-glass during backwash cycles to confirm clarity and proper flow reversal.
- Inspect O-ring, cover clamp, and handle detents annually for wear or damage and replace if needed.
- Operate through each handle position periodically to prevent stiff movement or stuck position due to debris or chemical exposure.
- If the valve leaks in certain positions or cannot hold pressure, service or replace the internal components or entire assembly.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
