Hayward FDXLFSK1930 Fuse Service Kit (FD) for Universal H-Series Low NOx FD Heaters
The Hayward FDXLFSK1930 is an OEM fuse service kit for Hayward Universal H-Series Low NOx “FD” pool heaters. It provides the replacement fuses used on the heater’s electrical protection circuits, making it a convenient kit for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, or restoring operation after a blown fuse.

What It Fixes

Installation Notes
- Turn off power to the heater at the breaker before opening the cabinet.
- Replace fuses only with the same type and amp rating.
- If a replacement fuse blows again, stop and diagnose the underlying issue (wiring short, failed component, moisture intrusion, etc.).
- Electrical service should be performed by a qualified technician.

Maintenance Tips
- Keep the heater cabinet sealed and dry—moisture is a common cause of corrosion and electrical faults that can blow fuses.
- If fuses fail repeatedly, inspect for rubbed-through wires, rodent damage, loose terminals, or failed components before replacing more fuses.
- Maintain proper flow (clean baskets/filters) to avoid nuisance faults that can stress electrical components.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
