This access cover assembly replaces a worn, cracked, or missing cover on compatible Hayward Navigator cleaners. It allows easy removal to reach internal gears, turbines, and drivetrain parts during service or repair, reducing time and effort compared to full body disassembly.

Maintenance Tips

Inspect the access cover for damage, especially around clips or sealing edges. Replace if it no longer seats securely to help prevent internal water bypass or debris intrusion that could affect cleaner performance.

Return Policy:

All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.

If a light is returned because it "doesn't work" and it tests fine, the cost to ship and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
