Pentair Tube Sheet Coil Assembly Kit (New Tub Design) for MasterTemp® / Max-E-Therm® 400 | 474061
The Pentair 474061 is a complete tube sheet coil assembly kit (heat exchanger assembly) for select 400,000 BTU Pentair MasterTemp® and Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm® pool/spa heaters. It’s used to restore proper heat transfer and water sealing when the original coil/tube sheet assembly is leaking, scaled, damaged by corrosion, or freeze-stressed.

- Pentair MasterTemp® 400 models: 400NA and 400LP1
- Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm® 400 (NA/LP series where parts diagram specifies 474061)
- Heaters manufactured after 01/12/2009 (new tub design)
Tip: MasterTemp/Max-E-Therm coil kits are model- and revision-specific. Confirm your heater model and manufacture date so you get the correct “new tub design” kit.

Installation Notes
- Turn off gas and power at the breaker, and allow the heater to cool fully before service.

- Clean mating surfaces thoroughly before installing new seals to reduce leak risk.
- Reassemble evenly and verify no leaks during startup and heat-up.
- Heater service should be performed by a qualified pool professional or technician.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.

- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
