The Raypak 014875F Tube Bundle Kit is a genuine replacement copper heat exchanger tube bundle for compatible Raypak 156A pool and spa heaters with polymer headers. This tube bundle is the heat-transfer component that allows pool or spa water to pass through the heater while absorbing heat from the burner system.

This replacement kit is commonly used when the original tube bundle is leaking, frozen, scaled, corroded, split, or damaged from poor water chemistry, low flow, overheating, or freeze conditions.

  • This part is for compatible 156A / 156 heater applications and is not the same as Raypak 014874F for 106A heaters.
  • This tube bundle is not universal for all Raypak, Rheem, Ruud, 106A, 206A, 266A, 336A, 406A, commercial, ASME, cupro-nickel, or cast-iron header heaters.
  • If the headers, bypass assembly, O-ring sealing surfaces, unitherm governor, pressure switch, or plumbing are damaged, replacing the tube bundle alone may not correct the issue.
  • Heater repairs involving gas, combustion, electrical wiring, or heat exchanger replacement should be performed by a qualified pool heater technician.

Installation Notes

  • Turn off electrical power to the heater before service.
  • Shut off the gas supply before working inside the heater cabinet.
  • Allow the heater to cool completely before removing any heat exchanger components.
  • Relieve system pressure and drain the heater before removing the existing tube bundle.
  • Inspect the polymer headers, bypass components, gaskets, O-ring grooves, and sealing surfaces before reassembly.
  • Clean debris, scale, and old gasket material from mating surfaces before installing the new tube bundle.
  • Install the included O-ring gaskets correctly and do not pinch, twist, or reuse damaged seals.
  • Tighten hardware evenly according to the Raypak service instructions.
  • After installation, pressure test and check for leaks before returning the heater to normal operation.
  • Confirm proper water flow, gas operation, and heater safety controls before leaving the heater in service.

Return Policy:

  • Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.

  • To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
  • Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
  • Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
  • We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

  • If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
