The Pentair 190141 Bulkhead Kit is a genuine replacement 2" bulkhead fitting with O-ring used on compatible Pentair FNS Plus D.E. pool filters. This replacement kit helps seal the plumbing connection at the filter tank and is commonly used when the existing bulkhead is cracked, leaking, damaged, or worn.

Important Notes
- Verify your filter model and manufacturing date before ordering.
- This is the 2" bulkhead kit with O-ring.
- This part is not the drain plug, pressure gauge, air relief valve, clamp assembly, or valve adapter kit.
- If the filter tank is cracked around the bulkhead opening, the tank section may also need replacement.
- Do not overtighten the bulkhead during installation, as this can damage the fitting or filter tank.
Installation Notes
- Turn off the pump and pool equipment before servicing the filter.
- Relieve all filter pressure before removing any filter parts.
- Drain the filter as needed before removing the old bulkhead fitting.
- Clean the sealing surface before installing the new O-ring and bulkhead.
- Inspect nearby plumbing, unions, and O-rings for wear or damage during the repair.
- After installation, restart the system and check carefully for leaks.
Maintenance Tips
- Inspect the bulkhead area periodically for leaks, mineral buildup, or stress cracks.
- Maintain proper pool water chemistry to help reduce scale buildup around filter fittings.
- Keep filter pressure within the normal operating range for your system.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- Pool cleaners are not eligible for return.
- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.
- Capacitors are not eligible for return.

- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
