Installation Notes
Disconnect all power to the heater. Ensure the heater is cool and gas supply is shut off. Remove the access panel and locate the existing transformer. Unwire the primary (line side) and secondary (control side) leads. Install the R0456300 in the same mounting position, connect primary leads according to heater wiring diagram, and connect the secondary leads to the control board. Replace the access panel and restore power, then test heater operation to verify ignition and control circuit are functioning correctly.
Maintenance Tip
Include transformer checks in annual heater service. Look for loose connections, discoloration around terminals or overheating signs. Replacing the transformer early on restores proper control circuit voltage, prevents ignition failures and helps maintain safe, efficient heater operation.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.

- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.

- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
