Installation & Compatibility Notes
Before beginning installation, turn off power to the heater, allow it to cool, and shut off water flow. Drain the heater water side or isolate plumbing per manufacturer instructions. Remove the front cover and access the heat exchanger area — disconnect any unions or plumbing connections, remove the old exchanger assembly and install the FDXLHXA1250 in its place. Re-connect all plumbing, inspect gasket/seals, refill the heater water side, purge air, restore power, and verify proper operation and temperature rise under load.

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.

- If a light is returned because it "doesn't work" and it tests fine, the cost to ship and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
