Description
This genuine Hayward kit contains temperature limiters used to control and safeguard your pool or spa heater’s operation by preventing overheating. The kit includes one manual-reset and two auto-reset high-limit switches designed for the H-Series heater line.
Compatibility
- Designed for Hayward H-Series in-ground pool and spa heaters including ED1 (millivolt/electronic) and ED2 (electronic ignition) models.
- Suitable for natural gas and propane models of the H-Series heater line such as H150, H200, H250, H300, H350, H400, etc.

Installation Notes
Before installation, turn off all power and gas to the heater and allow the unit to cool. Remove the heater access panel and locate the existing high-limit switches. Carefully disconnect wiring, noting terminals, and remove the old limiters. Install the new kit by securing each limiter in the same location and reconnect wiring according to original layout. Restore gas and power, then cycle the heater and verify that no over-temperature shutdowns occur under normal operation.
Maintenance Tip
Check heater high-limit switch function each season. If the heater frequently shuts off due to a high-limit trip or if you observe signs of switch failure (such as corrosion or physical damage), replace the limiters promptly. Using the OEM HAXTLK1930 kit helps maintain safe and reliable operation of your H-Series heater.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.

- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
