Installation Instructions
- Turn off pump power and relieve system pressure before servicing the filter tank.
- Drain the filter tank and remove the filter element to access the outlet connection.
- Unscrew and remove the existing outlet elbow; inspect the tank port threads for damage or debris and clean if necessary.
- Apply appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the replacement elbow threads and tighten to manufacturer’s spec (hand-tight plus ¼ turn recommended).
- Reinstall filter element, reassemble the tank, restore pump power, and inspect outlet fitting under pressure for any leaks.
Troubleshooting
- Leak at outlet elbow joint: Ensure thread sealant was applied, threads are not stripped, and the elbow is properly tightened.
- No flow from filter return: Verify that the elbow is correctly installed and that there are no obstructions in the outlet port or plumbing.
- Cracks or damage to elbow body: Replace the part immediately; a compromised outlet elbow can lead to bypass, tank flooding or equipment damage.
Maintenance Tip
At each filter service interval, inspect the outlet elbow for signs of stress, discoloration or cracking—especially after freezing conditions or when filter pressure spikes are observed. Keeping the outlet path in good condition helps maintain proper flow and system efficiency.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
