If you’re servicing the cassette area, inspect the diaphragm for tears and confirm the cassette chamber surfaces are clean and free of grit before locking the compression ring. A small piece of debris at the seal can cause suction bypass and poor cleaner movement.

Return Policy:

- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
