Part # 711-4030 — a replacement 2″ heater union gasket designed to seal tailpiece connections on pool and spa heaters or plumbing unions. This gasket helps ensure a watertight seal preventing leaks at heater or pump tailpiece unions.

Typical Applications
Used when a 2″ heater or pump union shows signs of leaking, water seepage, or pressure loss. Also recommended as a preventive maintenance part when servicing heater plumbing unions, tailpieces, or whenever the union is opened for cleaning or inspection.
Installation & Compatibility Notes
Before installation, turn off pump or heater and relieve all water pressure. Drain any remaining water from the union. Remove the old gasket and clean sealing surfaces thoroughly. Place the 711-4030 gasket inside the union body — flat face toward one side, ribbed face toward the mating tailpiece. Re-assemble the union, tighten evenly to manufacturer torque specs, and test for leaks under pressure.

Over time, gaskets can become brittle, compressed, or deformed — leading to leaks, loss of pressure, or water damage. Installing a fresh 711-4030 gasket restores proper sealing integrity and helps prevent leaks in heater or pump plumbing systems.

- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.

- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
