Usage & Testing Instructions
1. First perform a free-chlorine test using DPD Reagent #1 (and if required, DPD #2 for high range).
2. After recording free-chlorine levels, add the required drops of R-0003-C reagent to the same sample.
3. The resulting color change (compared against the kit’s comparator block) indicates total chlorine; subtracting free chlorine gives you combined chlorine (chloramines) level.
4. Use this information to adjust pool chemicals and maintain proper sanitation and water quality.

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
