Fit & Sizing Notes
- This cover is listed as 21' x 41' for a 16' x 36' pool, providing extra material beyond the pool edge for anchoring. (In winter-cover sizing, “5' overlap” commonly refers to the overall added material class across each dimension.)
- Best results come from measuring the pool at the widest points (inside edge to inside edge) and confirming there is clear deck space around the perimeter for securing the cover.
Basic Installation Tips
- Finish winterizing first (balance water, lower water level if recommended for your setup, remove ladders/rails as needed).
- Spread the cover evenly so the overlap is uniform on all sides.
- Install with the dark/black side facing down toward the water.
- Thread the cable through the perimeter grommets and tighten gradually and evenly with the winch so the cover sits snug.
- If using water tubes, place them through the cover’s tube loops in the areas you want additional weight/hold-down.

Installation & Maintenance Tips
- Keep sharp objects (furniture feet, pointed coping edges, tools) away from the cover to reduce puncture risk.
- Remove heavy leaf piles periodically so weight doesn’t overstress seams, grommets, or tie-down points.
- If water accumulates on top, use a cover pump or siphon pump to reduce standing-water weight.
- After major wind events or temperature swings, re-check cable tension and tighten evenly if needed.
- At spring opening: rinse the cover, let it dry fully, then fold and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sun.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.
- Please complete the return form to receive your RMA number and return shipping label.
- Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- The Pentair Colorsync 618031 is not eligible for return.
- Pool cleaners are not eligible for return.
- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.
- Capacitors are not eligible for return.
- Plastic popup tools are not eligible for return.
- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
