Installation & Maintenance Tips
- Calibrate feed rate after installation—actual output varies with chemical type, suction lift, and system pressure.
- Replace the pump tube on a schedule; a worn tube is the most common cause of low output, inconsistent feed, or loss of prime.
- If the motor runs but flow is low, inspect the injection check valve and injection fitting for scale or blockage.
- Keep suction connections airtight—small air leaks on the suction side can cause intermittent dosing.
- Mount the pump in a location that minimizes UV/weather exposure; use a rain roof or enclosure if installed outdoors.

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
- Fill out the return form or give us a call to obtain an RMA and return shipping label.
