Pentair Racer LS Back-Up Valve | 360428

The Pentair Racer LS Back-Up Valve 360428 is a replacement check valve designed for the Pentair Racer LS Pressure-Side Pool Cleaner. This back-up valve helps prevent reverse flow of water within the cleaner hose system, maintaining proper suction direction and optimizing cleaning performance.

What This Part Is For

This back-up valve is specifically made for the Pentair Racer LS Pressure-Side Pool Cleaner. It replaces worn, cracked, or malfunctioning valve components that can allow water to flow backward, which may reduce cleaner efficiency and cleaning coverage.

Features & Benefits

  • Ensures proper directional water flow in the hose system
  • Helps maintain steady suction to the cleaner
  • Durable construction for reliable operation
  • Simple replacement part that restores correct flow function

Installation Notes

  • Remove the old back-up valve before installing the replacement
  • Ensure valve is oriented correctly to allow forward flow only
  • Secure connections to prevent air leaks

Maintenance Tips

  • Check the valve periodically for signs of wear or cracking
  • Replace if water begins to flow backward or suction becomes inconsistent
  • Inspect adjacent hose fittings when servicing the valve
