Description
OEM drive train gear kit including turbine bearing, designed to rebuild the drive mechanism in Polaris pressure-side cleaners to restore wall-climb performance and smooth tracking.
Compatibility & Fitment
- Compatible with Polaris Vac-Sweep 360 and Vac-Sweep 380 automatic pool cleaners.
- Also fits certain Polaris models requiring the 9-100-1132 kit as specified in the parts diagram.
- Intended for in-ground pool systems using the 360/380 series pressure-side cleaner drive assemblies.

Installation Notes
Turn off pump and isolate cleaner from pool. Remove the cleaner from water and disassemble the drive housing as per service manual. Remove the old gear set and bearing, inspect the drive shaft and bore for wear or debris. Install the new kit components, reassemble the housing, reconnect to pool system, and test for proper tracking, wall-climb, and clean cycle completion.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect drive train every pool season or if the cleaner exhibits sluggish movement, failure to climb walls, or consistently misses waste or clean cycles. Replacing the gear kit proactively can extend the life of the cleaner and maintain optimal cleaning performance.

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.

- If a light is returned because it "doesn't work" and it tests fine, the cost to ship and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

- Visa Gift Card Promotions: Gift cards are sent within 14 days of the order. When accepting the Visa Gift card, you agree that if your order is returned or refunded, this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. All Visa Gift cards are sent via email in an E-Gift Card format and are non refundable.
