Installation Notes

Turn off the pump before disconnecting the cleaner hose.
Remove the old O-ring and clean the sealing groove/surfaces to remove grit and scale.
Lightly lubricate the new O-ring with silicone pool lube (do not use petroleum-based grease).
Reinstall and confirm the connection seats fully and does not leak when running.

Keep the wall fitting screen/filter clean—restricted flow can increase turbulence and make leaks more noticeable at the connection.
Use only a light film of silicone lube on the O-ring; excess lubricant can attract dirt and shorten seal life.
