Installation & Maintenance Tips
- Keep the wall fitting screen/filter clean—restricted flow can cause abnormal pressure behavior and weak cleaner performance.
- If you’re adding or replacing a 6 ft hose section, plan for (1) hose swivel and (2) hose nuts per added section.
- Inspect hose ends for cracking and stiffness; small leaks can significantly reduce cleaner power and coverage.
- Store the cleaner and hose out of direct sun when possible to slow UV damage to plastics and hose material.

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
