Super-Pro O-515KIT-9 Jandy 2-Way / 3-Way Valve O-Ring Kit
The Super-Pro O-515KIT-9 Jandy Valve O-Ring Kit is a replacement O-ring kit for compatible Jandy® / Zodiac® 2-way and 3-way diverter valves. This kit is used to replace worn valve cover and stem O-rings that can cause water leaks, air leaks, poor sealing, or difficult valve operation.
This O-ring kit is commonly used when servicing Jandy NeverLube® style valves on pool and spa plumbing systems, especially when a valve leaks around the lid, handle, diverter stem, or actuator area.

Common Signs This Kit May Be Needed
- Water leaking around the valve lid or cover
- Water leaking near the valve handle or actuator stem
- Air entering the suction side near a Jandy valve
- Valve handle is stiff, difficult to turn, or does not move smoothly
- Old O-rings are flattened, cracked, brittle, swollen, or stretched
- Valve was opened for service and the original O-rings should not be reused
- Actuator was removed and the valve stem O-rings need inspection or replacement
Important Notes
- This item is the O-ring kit only.
- Valve body, diverter, lid, handle, screws, actuator, complete valve, plumbing fittings, and lubricant are sold separately unless otherwise stated.
- Verify the exact valve brand, valve size, and parts diagram before ordering.
- This kit is not universal for all Jandy backwash valves, check valves, NeverLube backwash valves, Pentair valves, Hayward valves, CMP valves, or larger commercial valves.
- If the valve body, lid, diverter, screw holes, plumbing, or actuator is cracked or warped, replacing the O-rings alone may not stop the leak.
- Use only pool-safe silicone lubricant on compatible O-rings. Do not use petroleum-based grease.
- Do not overtighten valve cover screws, as this can crack the valve lid or body.
Installation Notes
- Turn off the pool pump before servicing the valve.
- Relieve system pressure before removing the valve cover.
- Mark the handle, diverter, and plumbing orientation before disassembly.
- Remove the old O-rings and clean the O-ring grooves completely.
- Inspect the diverter, lid, body, screw holes, and sealing surfaces for cracks or wear.
- Install the replacement O-rings without twisting, stretching, or pinching them.
- Apply a light coating of pool-safe silicone lubricant when appropriate.
- Reinstall the valve cover evenly and tighten screws in a balanced pattern.
- Restart the pump and check the valve under normal operating pressure for leaks or air draw.

Maintenance Tips
- Inspect valve O-rings whenever a diverter valve is opened for service.
- Replace flattened, cracked, brittle, swollen, or stretched O-rings instead of reusing them.
- Keep valve sealing surfaces clean and free of sand, debris, and old lubricant buildup.
- Operate diverter valves periodically to help prevent sticking.
- Address air leaks on suction-side valves quickly to help prevent pump priming issues.
- Do not force a stuck handle, as this can damage the diverter, stem, or actuator.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.
