Installation Instructions
- Turn off the pump and remove the skimmer lid.
- Insert the vacuum plate into the skimmer throat, ensuring it seats flush against the opening.
- Connect the vacuum hose to the designated port on the plate.
- Secure the hose and replace the skimmer lid so that the plate remains in position during vacuum operation.
- After vacuuming, remove the plate, re-install the skimmer basket and lid, and restart the pump.
Troubleshooting
- No suction during vacuuming: Confirm the plate is seated properly and hose connection is tight.
- Debris bypassing plate: Check for cracks or damage in the plate; replace if the sealing edge is worn or broken.
- Plate won’t fit the skimmer throat: Verify your skimmer model is the U-3 series and the throat opening is not deformed or enlarged.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect the vacuum plate before each vacuum session. Clean any debris or residue from the sealing edge, and check for warping or cracking. Replace the plate if it shows visible damage to maintain optimal skimmer performance and safe vacuuming operations.

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.

When accepting the Visa Gift card, you agree that if your order is returned or refunded, this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. All Visa Gift cards are sent via email in an E-Gift Card format and are non refundable.
