Installation Notes
Always shut off the pump and relieve system pressure before servicing the filter. Open the System:2 or System:3 filter tank according to the manufacturer instructions and remove the existing module. Rinse the tank interior, then install the new 27002-0036S module in the same orientation, ensuring the manifold and seals are correctly seated. Reassemble the tank, charge the filter with the recommended amount of D.E. media, and restart the system while checking for leaks and normal operating pressure.
Maintenance Tips
- Monitor the filter pressure and backwash or clean when pressure rises 8–10 psi above clean start-up.
- Perform a thorough hose-down cleaning of the module at regular service intervals.
- Use only the manufacturer-recommended amount and grade of D.E. media.
- Avoid using sharp tools or high-pressure nozzles directly on the media to prevent damage.
- Inspect end caps and seals whenever the filter is opened and replace if cracked or worn.

- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.

- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.

- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
