The Pentair 619875Z is a replacement LED light engine / circuit board assembly (PCBA) for select IntelliBrite® 5G White underwater pool and spa lights. It’s designed to restore bright white illumination when the original LED engine fails (no light, intermittent operation, flickering, or dim output), while keeping your existing light housing, lens, and cord in place (when those components are still in good condition).

Compatibility

  • Not for: IntelliBrite 5G Color lights (they use a different engine/board).
  • Tip: If you’re unsure whether your light is the 300W version, match the part number on your diagram or the existing internal board.

Common Reasons to Replace

  • Light will not turn on (after confirming power, GFCI, and switch/controller are functioning)

  • Water intrusion damage inside the fixture (after correcting the sealing issue and replacing the gasket)

Installation Notes

  • Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker and verify the circuit is de-energized before servicing.
  • Remove the light from the niche and place it on the deck (do not attempt to service by splicing or working on wiring underwater).
  • Replace the lens gasket any time you open the light—reusing old gaskets is a common cause of leaks.
  • Install the new board and apply the thermal strips as required for proper heat transfer.
  • Reassemble evenly and test operation before returning the fixture to the niche.
  • If the fixture shows corrosion, cracked lens, warped face ring, or compromised sealing surfaces, replace those components as needed.

Return Policy:

  • All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
  • For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
  • Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in. 
  • Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.

  • If a light is returned because it "doesn't work" and it tests fine, the cost to ship and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • All products denied upon arrival at customers house WILL be charged the cost to ship.
  • Visa Gift Card Promotions: Gift cards are sent within 14 days of the order. When accepting the Visa Gift card, you agree that if your order is returned or refunded, this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. All Visa Gift cards are sent via email in an E-Gift Card format and are non refundable.
