The Pentair Junction Box Gasket 79300600 is a replacement sealing gasket designed for Pentair electrical junction boxes and equipment housings. This gasket creates a tight, weather-resistant seal between the junction box cover and base, helping protect internal wiring and components from moisture, dust, and corrosion — especially in outdoor pool and spa equipment installations.

What This Part Is For

This gasket is used with Pentair junction boxes and similar electrical enclosures found in pool and spa systems. Replace the gasket when the original seal is cracked, brittle, missing, or no longer provides a tight seal, which can expose internal electrical connections to water and environmental damage.

Features & Benefits

Replacement sealing gasket for Pentair junction boxes
Helps prevent moisture, dust, and corrosion inside enclosures
Durable construction designed for outdoor equipment use
Easy to install between the cover and base of the junction box

Installation Notes

Turn off power to the junction box before servicing
Clean mating surfaces before seating the new gasket
Ensure the gasket seats evenly around the entire perimeter for an effective seal
Secure the junction box cover once the gasket is in place

Maintenance Tips

Inspect the gasket during routine equipment service for cracking or wear
Replace if the seal no longer feels tight or if moisture is present inside the box
Keep surrounding surfaces clean to help extend gasket life
