Paramount 004760292100 ParaLevel Start-Up / Tune-Up Kit (004-760-2921-00) – For ParaLevel Automatic Pool Water Leveler – Gray

The Paramount 004760292100 (also listed as 004-760-2921-00) is a Start-Up / Tune-Up Kit for the Paramount ParaLevel automatic pool water leveler system. It’s used during initial setup or servicing to help restore smooth, accurate automatic water-level control and reduce rapid on/off cycling caused by splashing or “sloshing” water.

Key Details

  • Part Number: 004760292100
  • Alternate Part Numbers: 004-760-2921-00, 85-214-1000
  • System: Paramount ParaLevel automatic pool/spa water leveler
  • Color: Gray
  • Purpose: Start-up / service kit to support proper ParaLevel operation and water-level accuracy

How It Helps

  • Smart sensing: Helps ignore normal water splashing so the leveler responds to the true water level.
  • Reduces rapid cycling: Helps prevent frequent on/off fill cycles that can cause noise and water hammer.
  • Easy manual adjustment: ParaLevel “Posi-Click” style adjustment makes fine water-level changes simple and repeatable.
  • Builder/service friendly: Designed for quick setup, servicing, and winterization.

Compatibility Notes

  • For use with: Paramount ParaLevel water leveler assemblies (not a universal autofill kit).
  • Verify before ordering: Match the part number from your ParaLevel documentation or existing parts list.
  • Kit contents: Start-up/tune-up kits may be packaged with specific ParaLevel service components depending on revision.

Installation & Maintenance Tips

  • Shut off water supply to the auto-fill and depressurize before disassembly.
  • Keep the canister area free of dirt and sand—grit can affect smooth float movement and sealing.
  • After service, verify the water level is stable during normal circulation and during bather activity.
  • If the auto-fill cycles too often, confirm the balance line/overflow path is clear and the unit is set to the correct operating level.
  • Use only a light film of silicone lube on applicable seals (avoid petroleum-based grease).
