Description

This gray PVC brush is a direct replacement part for various Maytronics Dolphin robotic pool cleaners. It helps maintain effective track movement and cleaner performance by replacing worn or missing brush components.

Compatibility & Fitment

  • Fits numerous Dolphin robotic cleaners including models DX3, DX4, Supreme M3, Supreme M4, Explorer, Wave 50, Quest, Saturn and others.
  • Use when the original brush is cracked, torn, missing tabs, or causing reduced cleaning efficiency.
  • Recommended for service stock and regular maintenance-schedule replacement to ensure optimal robot performance.

  • Material: Flexible gray PVC for durability and pool-case environment.
  • Design: Includes 13 square tabs and matching female closures for secure mounting on track wheel tube.
  • Dimensions (approx.): Length ~12-5/16″, width ~6-1/2″, thickness ~7/8″.

Installation Notes

Turn off the robot and disconnect from power. Remove the old brush by unstretching the tabs, clean the wheel tube surface, align the brush around the tube and engage the tabs through the corresponding holes. Ensure even fit and tension, reconnect robot to power and test track movement for smooth operation.

Maintenance Tip

Inspect the brush every service visit or if you notice decreased mobility or missed debris. Replace the brush if tab ends are worn, pieces missing, or the track slips. Keeping fresh brushes helps preserve full robot cleaning coverage and long-term reliability.

Return Policy:

  • All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
  • For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
  • Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in. 
  • Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
  • Fill out the return form or give us a call to obtain an RMA and return shipping label.

  • No returns on opened seals and o-rings.
  • No returns on capacitors.
  • If a light is returned because it "doesn't work" and it tests fine, the cost to ship and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • All products denied upon arrival at customers house WILL be charged the cost to ship.
  • Visa Gift Card Promotions: Gift cards are sent within 14 days of the order. When accepting the Visa Gift card, you agree that if your order is returned or refunded, this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. All Visa Gift cards are sent via email in an E-Gift Card format and are non refundable.
