Installation Notes
- Confirm you need female threaded ends (FIP/FPT). If you need slip/socket ends, use the matching socket version.
- Use a pool/spa-approved thread sealant and avoid overtightening plastic threads.
- Install with enough clearance to fully rotate the handle and access unions for service.
- PVC-style valves are typically not recommended where ambient temperatures exceed 104°F.

Maintenance Tips
- Operate the valve periodically (open/close) to help prevent stiffness from long periods of inactivity.
- If you notice seepage at the unions or body, inspect and replace worn O-rings/seals instead of forcing the handle.
- Support nearby plumbing to reduce stress on the valve body and unions.
- Protect exposed equipment-pad valves from direct sun and excessive heat where possible to extend service life.

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
