Hayward SPX0125F Water Slinger for Motor Shaft (Pump Shaft Slinger Washer)
The Hayward SPX0125F is an OEM water slinger (rubber slinger washer) that installs on the motor shaft behind the pump seal plate area on select Hayward pool pumps. Its job is to help deflect water away from the motor bearing area if a seal begins to seep—acting as a protective barrier for the motor.

- Helps prevent water from running down the motor shaft toward the motor bearings
- Provides added protection if the shaft seal begins to leak
- Recommended replacement during a seal/repair rebuild when the pump is already disassembled

Installation Notes
- Install on the motor shaft in the correct position for your pump model (typically behind the seal plate area).
- Inspect the mechanical shaft seal and seal plate surfaces—if the slinger is worn, the seal is often due as well.
- If you’re rebuilding a pump, replace the slinger along with the seal to help protect the motor long-term.

Maintenance Tips

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.

When accepting the Visa Gift card, you agree that if your order is returned or refunded, this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
