The Pentair 194801Z is a genuine OEM replacement upper bulkhead fitting designed for compatible Pentair pool and spa filter tanks. Featuring a 2-inch plumbing connection and 2-3/8"-8 buttress threads, this fitting is used in select Clean & Clear Plus cartridge filters, Quad D.E. filters, and other compatible Pentair filter assemblies.
This replacement bulkhead provides the connection between the filter tank and associated plumbing or union components. It is designed to replace an original bulkhead that has become cracked, stripped, or damaged.

Installation Notes
- Turn off the pool pump and disconnect power before servicing the filter.
- Fully relieve filter pressure and drain water as required before removing the bulkhead.
- Confirm that the replacement fitting matches the original 2-3/8"-8 buttress thread configuration.
- Inspect the bulkhead sealing surfaces, O-rings, and mating components for damage.
- Replace damaged or deteriorated O-rings with the correct seals for the filter model.
- Install the fitting according to Pentair's filter service instructions.
- Do not force or overtighten the plastic bulkhead threads.
- After installation, restart the filtration system and check for leaks from a safe distance.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
