- This is a DPD color-matching test kit and is different from Taylor FAS-DPD kits such as K-2006.
- Reagent age, storage conditions, contamination, and improper sample size can affect test accuracy.
- Do not mix old and new reagents in the same bottle.
- Follow the included Taylor instructions for sample size, drop count, endpoint color, and test sequence.
Installation / Use Notes
- Collect pool or spa water from elbow depth away from returns, skimmers, chemical feeders, and fresh chemical additions.
- Use the correct sample cell, fill mark, and reagent sequence for each test.
- Hold reagent bottles vertically when adding drops for more consistent drop size.
- Cap and swirl the test cell as directed instead of shaking aggressively unless the instructions call for it.
- Rinse test cells thoroughly with clean water after each test.
- Do not return tested water back into the pool or spa.
- Store reagents capped and protected from heat, freezing temperatures, and direct sunlight.

Maintenance Tips
- Store the kit indoors in a cool, dry location.
- Keep reagent caps tightly closed when not in use.
- Replace reagents that are expired, discolored, contaminated, frozen, overheated, or giving inconsistent results.
- Rinse and dry test cells before storing the kit.
- Do not leave reagents in a hot truck, equipment room, or direct sunlight for long periods.
- Keep all reagents and testing supplies out of reach of children and pets.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
