The CMP 25505-000-000 Vac Lock Fitting is a white pool vacuum safety fitting designed for compatible dedicated suction vacuum ports. This fitting features a 1.5" MPT / MIP threaded connection and is commonly used with 1-1/4" vacuum hose applications where a Vac Lock cover is required.
This replacement fitting is commonly used when the original vacuum lock cover is cracked, missing, worn, discolored, difficult to close, or no longer functioning properly on a dedicated pool vacuum line.

Installation Notes
- Turn off the pool pump before servicing any suction fitting.
- Relieve system suction and pressure before removing the old fitting.
- Inspect the threaded port for cracks, stripped threads, debris, or damaged sealing surfaces.
- Thread the replacement fitting in carefully by hand to avoid cross-threading.
- Do not overtighten, as overtightening can damage plastic threads or the wall fitting.
- Confirm the spring-loaded cover opens and closes properly after installation.
- Check cleaner hose fit before returning the system to normal use.
- Replace any damaged plumbing or wall fitting components before using the vacuum line.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
