Installation & Compatibility Notes

Mount the filter on a level equipment pad capable of supporting the filled tank weight. Connect the pump discharge to the filter inlet and the return line to the outlet. Select a compatible multiport or slide valve that fits the side-mount configuration. Ensure all plumbing is secured and pressure-rated. Prime the system, add the specified amount of filter sand media, and confirm the initial pressure reading post start-up for baseline monitoring.

  • Backwash the filter when pressure rises 8–10 psi above the clean start pressure or as specified.

Return Policy:

  • All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
  • For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
  • Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
