Installation & Compatibility Notes

Before installation, shut off the pump and relieve system pressure. Position the filter tank on a solid, level pad. Connect appropriate side-mount multi-port valve (not included) and plumbing per manufacturer requirements. Fill with correct amount and type of filtration media. Prime the pump and restore flow. After startup, monitor pressure gauge and inspect for leaks around the lid, drain and union connections.

Maintenance Tips

Backwash as required when pressure rises above recommended range—refer to system design specs.
Inspect laterals and internal parts periodically—if performance declines or flow is restricted, disassemble for inspection/servicing.
Replace filtration media every 5-7 years or when performance drops, to maintain clarity and hydraulics.

Return Policy:

All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
