Installation Instructions
- Shut off pump and relieve pressure from the line.
- Confirm flow direction arrow on valve aligns with actual water flow.
- Glue the 2″ slip or spigot end into existing plumbing or use adapter/reducer as needed for smaller sizes.
- Secure in place, restore circulation and inspect for correct gate seating via lid sight-glass.
Troubleshooting
- Valve allows reverse flow: Check for debris or worn gasket, confirm spring gate is intact.
- High pressure drop or cavitation: Make sure full-flow path isn’t restricted, inspect for scale or buildup inside valve.
- Gate wont close fully: Verify valve orientation, ensure correct installation and that spring is functional.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect the valve annually for signs of chemical attack, check sight-glass for gate motion and clean any buildup. Replace if the silicone gasket hardens or the spring loses tension. Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
