Applications & Fit-Up

It’s commonly used for return lines, heater bypasses, or spa/spillover loops where reduced size and robust sealing are important. Prior to installation, confirm existing pipe size, flow direction and check that plumbing supports 1½″–2″ configuration.
Installation Instructions
- Shut off circulation and relieve system pressure before servicing.
- Cut and dry-fit plumbing to valve ports to confirm fit and orientation.
- Apply appropriate primer and solvent cement to CPVC connections, insert securely and hold until set.
- Check that valve handle or diverter knob moves freely and directs flow as required.
- Restore flow and inspect for leaks or abnormal operation.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Leak around valve body joints: Verify proper cementing of CPVC fittings and check for cracks or damage in valve body.
- Valve handle stiff or stuck: Inspect diverter mechanism and lubricate seal if recommended by manufacturer.
- Reduced flow or bypass issues: Confirm valve is correctly oriented and not installed in reverse; verify the port sizes are correct for system flow.
Maintenance Tip

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
