Installation & Compatibility Notes

Install the FV-2 in-line on a straight section of 2" return plumbing after the filter (and typically after the heater) where consistent flow measurement is desired. Follow the flow-direction arrow on the body to ensure correct check-valve operation. Use proper PVC primer and cement, and allow full cure time before pressurizing. Once running, read the GPM indicator with the pump operating at the intended speed.

Maintenance Tips

Periodically inspect the clear body for debris buildup that could affect the check flapper or the flow reading.
If flow readings drift, verify there are no upstream restrictions (dirty filter, closed valves, clogged baskets).
During seasonal service, confirm the check valve opens smoothly and closes fully when the pump stops.
Winterize by draining the line as you would any inline fitting to prevent freeze damage.

Return Policy:

Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.
