Description
A 2 HP dual-speed (3450/1725 RPM) full-rated pool pump motor with 230 V single-phase wiring and a 56Y square-flange (C-face) frame—designed to deliver reliable performance for circulation and filtration systems in residential pool and spa applications.

Installation Notes
Ensure power is disconnected and the circuit is locked out before removal of the old motor. Remove the pump housing and original motor, verify mount dimensions, shaft configuration and wiring setup. Secure the new B2984 motor to the pump housing, align and connect the shaft, rewire per voltage label, and restore power. Run the pump to verify normal current draw, smooth operation and correct flow.
Maintenance Tip
During each service interval inspect the motor bearings, check for vibration or unusual noise, ensure the motor mount remains tight and the pump is primed and operating efficiently. Replace the motor if current draw rises, flow diminishes or bearing noise increases to protect downstream equipment and maintain consistent performance.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
