Description
A genuine replacement kit of O-rings designed for the 2″ nominal inlet and outlet connections on compatible Raypak pool and spa heaters, ensuring a proper seal and preventing leaks.

- Fits Raypak heater models with 2″ inlet/outlet ports which require the O-ring part number 006724F.
- Use when the current O-rings show signs of wear, cracking, leaks, deformation, or when servicing the heater’s plumbing connections.

Installation Notes
Turn off power and fuel supply, relieve system pressure, and shut off water flow. Remove the section of heater plumbing requiring the seal, clean the mating surfaces thoroughly, replace the old O-rings with the new kit, reassemble the connections and restore flow. Check for leaks after heater reaches operating temperature.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect inlet/outlet seals annually, especially in pool chemical environments or where thermal cycling is frequent. Replace the O-rings if they show flattening, hardness, cracking or if the heater begins to leak at the plumbing junctions to maintain safe and efficient operation.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.

- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
