Pentair Racer Scrubber Gear Kit | 360238

The Pentair Racer Scrubber Gear Kit 360238 is a replacement drivetrain component set designed for the Pentair Racer Pressure-Side Pool Cleaner. These gears help transfer water-driven turbine motion into the scrubber system, enabling efficient rotation and sweep action that loosens and directs debris toward the suction flow.

What This Part Is For

This scrubber gear kit is specifically for the Pentair Racer Pressure-Side Pool Cleaner. It replaces worn, stripped, or damaged scrubber gear components that can lead to poor scrub rotation, reduced debris agitation, or inconsistent cleaner movement.

Features & Benefits

  • Replacement gear assembly for the Racer scrubber drivetrain
  • Restores proper scrub rotation and debris agitation
  • Durable gears designed for pool use
  • Helps maintain effective cleaning performance

Installation Notes

  • Remove the worn scrubber gears before installing the new kit
  • Verify proper alignment of scrubber drivetrain components
  • Test scrubber action after installation to confirm improved performance

Maintenance Tips

  • Inspect scrubber gears periodically for wear or breakage
  • Replace if scrub rotation becomes inconsistent or sluggish
  • Keep internal drivetrain areas clean to help extend gear life
