Hayward CX591XREPAK4 Replacement Cartridge Set – Pack of 4

The Hayward CX591XREPAK4 is a four-pack of genuine replacement cartridges designed for the SwimClear® C7030 filtration system. Each cartridge helps restore full filtration performance, extending run times and ensuring clean, clear water.

Key Features

  • Includes four identical cartridge elements—ideal for full replacement in multi-cartridge filter systems.
  • High-capacity filtration media supports larger pools or high-load conditions to reduce maintenance frequency.
  • OEM-matched fit ensures seamless installation and proper performance with compatible filter tanks.

Technical Specifications

  • Part Number: CX591XREPAK4
  • Quantity: 4 cartridges per pack
  • Applicable Filter: Compatible with SwimClear® C7030 and other filters requiring this cartridge size

Installation & Usage Notes

Before servicing, shut off the pump and relieve any pressure in the filter system. Remove the old cartridges and inspect the filter tank interior for debris or wear. Insert the new set of four cartridges, ensuring proper seating and clear access. Re-assemble the filter and restore circulation. Monitor the pressure gauge to confirm normal operation and improved flow performance.

Maintenance Tips

  • Inspect the filter elements at each cleaning interval; if the pressure rise exceeds your baseline, consider replacing them as part of scheduled maintenance.
  • Rinse cartridges regularly to extend life, but replace when wear, torn media or collapse is visible to maintain optimal filtration.
  • Keep this cartridge set in inventory for faster service turn-around on full-cartridge replacements in compatible systems.

Why Choose This Cartridge Set?

For pool service professionals, advanced homeowners or supply-store inventory, the Hayward CX591XREPAK4 offers a complete cartridge replacement solution in one purchase. Replacing all elements at once restores original filtration capacity, reduces service interruptions and helps maintain clearer water with fewer downtime cycles.
