Hayward SP1424S Adjustable Wall/Floor Inlet Fitting (White) — 1-1/2" Socket x 2" MIP (Concrete Pools)

The Hayward SP1424S is an OEM adjustable wall/floor return inlet fitting designed for in-ground concrete pool surfaces (concrete, gunite, plaster, pebble). It allows you to fine-tune return flow direction and volume using an internal adjustable spinner valve disc that can be accessed through the center opening of the front grate.

Installation Notes

  • Confirm your plumbing matches 1-1/2" slip and 2" male threads before ordering.
  • Use a pool/spa-approved thread sealant on the threaded connection; avoid overtightening plastic threads.
  • After installation, set the internal adjustment to aim flow for best circulation (often slightly upward and across the pool).
  • Run the system and verify the fitting is secure and leak-free.

Return Policy:

  • All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
  • For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
  • Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in. 
  • Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
