Hayward ECX11034SET Perflex Top & Bottom Tube Sheet Set (EC65 / EC75)
The Hayward ECX11034SET is an OEM top and bottom tube sheet set for Hayward Perflex extended-cycle D.E. filters. The tube sheets support and align the internal flex-tube nest so the filter can hold D.E. properly and maintain efficient filtration without internal bypassing.

Common Reasons to Replace
- Cracked or warped tube sheet causing poor tube alignment
- Internal bypassing or D.E. leakage traced to damaged tube sheet supports
- Flex-tube nest won’t seat correctly after service
- Rebuild/refresh of an older EC65/EC75 filter where internal components are brittle
Installation Notes
- Turn off the pump and relieve filter pressure before opening the tank.
- Disassemble per your EC65/EC75 parts diagram and verify the flex tubes seat fully into the new top and bottom sheets.
- Inspect related internal parts while open (flex tubes, bump mechanism parts, diaphragm gasket, tank O-ring) and replace worn components as needed.
- After reassembly, recharge the filter with the correct D.E. amount for your model and check for leaks/bypass during startup.

Maintenance Tips
- Use the correct D.E. charge for your filter size—too little can reduce filtration and stress internal components.
- If bumping no longer restores flow, plan a full tear-down cleaning and inspect the tube nest, tube sheets, and diaphragm gasket.
- Keep water chemistry balanced to reduce scale that can make internal parts stick and shorten component life.
- Always depressurize the filter before opening—never loosen clamps or hardware under pressure.

- Orders costing more than $300 WILL be required to have signature confirmation upon delivery.

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
- Fill out the return form or give us a call to obtain an RMA and return shipping label.

- If a light is returned because it "doesn't work" and it tests fine, the cost to ship and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- All products denied upon arrival at customers house WILL be charged the cost to ship.
- Visa Gift Card Promotions: Gift cards are sent within 14 days of the order. When accepting the Visa Gift card, you agree that if your order is returned or refunded, this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. All Visa Gift cards are sent via email in an E-Gift Card format and are non refundable.
