How Off-Line Feeders Work
Off-line feeders use a small bypass loop to route a controlled amount of water through the feeder, dissolving tablets and returning treated water back to the pool/spa. This setup is popular when you want flexible mounting options or you don’t have a straight in-line section available.
Installation Notes
- Install after the heater and equipment on the return line to help prevent chemical backflow damage.
- Use a check valve on the return line when needed to prevent concentrated chemical water from backing up into sensitive equipment.
- Start with a lower dial setting and adjust gradually based on reliable water testing.
- Always follow applicable local codes and the manufacturer’s installation instructions.

Maintenance Tips

Return Policy:
- All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
- For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
- Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
- Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
