Installation & Compatibility Notes

Shut off pump power and relieve system pressure before installation. Position the filter on a level equipment pad. Connect the 2″ plumbing and ensure unions are properly tightened. Remove the lid, place the cartridge onto the internal support, reinstall the lid, prime the pump and check for normal pressure once the system is running. Inspect all connections for leaks after startup.

Maintenance Tips

Rinse the cartridge when the pressure rises above the normal operating range.
Replace the cartridge when pleats are damaged, collapsed or no longer clean effectively.
Inspect the tank body, lid O-ring and lock-ring annually for signs of wear.
Keep a spare cartridge on hand to minimize downtime during service.

Return Policy:

All products, except as noted below, are eligible for return up to 30 days after receipt of item.
For returns, an RMA form must be filled out HERE or customers can call for additional help.
Shipping costs will be deducted from all returned items.
Any item that is missing accessories, original packaging, or is not returned in the same condition that it was received in, may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 100% based on the condition we receive it in.
Items broken, damaged, or inoperable due to installer error will not be refunded.
