This seal plate is compatible with Pentair pump families including IntelliFlo VF, IntelliFlo VSF, IntelliFlo VS+ SVRS, IntelliFlo 2 VST, IntelliFlo i1 and IntelliFlo i2, as well as certain WhisperFlo models. Make sure to verify your pump model number and wet-end serial/designation before ordering.
Installation Instructions
- Turn off the pump power and relieve any pressure in the plumbing system before servicing.
- Remove the motor and wet-end assembly to access the existing seal plate.
- Remove the old seal plate, inspect and clean the pump housing sealing face and bolt holes.
- Install the new 074564Z seal plate, torque bolts evenly in a star or cross-pattern to manufacturer specification.
- Reassemble the pump, restore power and check the pump for leaks or abnormal vibration.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Leaks at the back of the pump housing: Likely seal plate mis‐mounted or bolts not properly torqued—recheck installation.
- Difficulty removing plate or broken bolts: This model features brass inserts and greased bolts to simplify future service.
- Reduced flow or pump performance: Ensure that the wet-end internals are intact and aligned, and that the replacement plate was installed correctly.

Whenever the pump wet-end is opened—for service or inspection—check the condition of the seal plate. Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.

- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
