Product Overview
The Gladon AG60 wall foam is a closed-cell foam liner designed to install on the inside wall surface of an above-ground pool before the vinyl liner is installed. It provides a smooth protective barrier, helps prevent liner damage, and adds insulation to reduce heat loss.

Applications & Compatibility
This wall foam is used when installing a new vinyl liner or replacing an existing one in an above-ground pool. It is compatible with metal, resin, and hybrid pool walls and helps extend liner life by providing a smooth, cushioned surface. Proper measurement of your pool circumference ensures correct coverage.
Installation Instructions
- Ensure the pool wall is clean, dry, and free of debris or protrusions.
- Apply spray adhesive or compatible wall-foam bonding tape to the wall surface.
- Unroll the foam along the wall, keeping seams tight and aligned.
- Trim excess foam as needed and make sure the top edge of the foam aligns with the liner track.
- Install the vinyl liner over the foam and smooth out any air pockets.
Troubleshooting
- Foam lifting from wall: Verify proper adhesive application and ensure the wall was clean and dry before installation.
- Visible bumps under the liner: Smooth the foam during installation and remove debris caught between foam and wall.
- Seams separating: Re-adhere edges using compatible adhesive or tape.
Maintenance Tip
Wall foam typically requires no ongoing maintenance after installation. When replacing a liner in the future, inspect the foam for wear, moisture damage, or compression and replace if necessary to maintain full liner protection.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

- Pool cleaners are not eligible for return.
- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.
- Capacitors are not eligible for return.
- Plastic popup tools are not eligible for return.
- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
