Description
This genuine Pentair replacement O-ring is designed for the shaft seal area of compatible FullFlo and FullFloXF diverter and backwash valves. It helps restore a leak-resistant seal and ensures the correct hydraulic performance of the valve under backwash or flow reversal conditions.
Compatibility & Fitment
- Fits Pentair FullFlo and FullFloXF diverter valves (1½″, 2″, 2½″ sizes) and FullFloXF backwash valves.
- Replaces the original O-ring for the shaft (also referenced as item #2-116 in Pentair parts sheets).
- Specifically used when the valve stem leaks, exhibits flow bypass, or when servicing the valve housing and shaft.

- Material: Buna-N (Nitrile) rubber with approximately 70 shore hardness.
- OEM part, ensuring correct groove fit, compression and compatibility with Pentair valve housings.
- Small part size; common service part for pool equipment hardware.
Installation Notes
Before installation, shut off pump and relieve system pressure. Remove the valve cover and extract the shaft assembly. Remove the old O-ring and any debris or buildup from the groove. Lightly lubricate the groove and the O-ring with pool-safe silicone lubricant. Install the new 192039Z O-ring ensuring it is seated properly and without twists. Reassemble the shaft, cover and components, restore flow and observe for proper sealing and normal valve operation.
Maintenance Tip
Inspect this O-ring whenever servicing the valve or if you notice leakage, erratic switching or loss of backwash flow. Replacing worn or hardened O-rings can restore performance and prevent downstream equipment damage due to bypass or incorrect flow paths.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
