The Pentair 230148 is a 1.5" 6-port low profile T-valve kit for compatible Pentair In-Floor and formerly A&A Manufacturing in-floor pool cleaning systems. This kit is used to rebuild the internal valve mechanism in select low profile, side-feed 6-port water valves that use T-valve style components.
This replacement kit helps restore proper valve rotation, zone cycling, and water distribution to the in-floor cleaning heads when the valve is skipping zones, sticking, not advancing correctly, or showing signs of internal wear.

Compatibility
This kit is designed for compatible Pentair/A&A 6-port low profile T-valve systems with a 1.5" valve base. It is commonly used on A&A in-floor cleaning systems where the T-valves are located at the bottom of the low profile valve body.
Important Notes
- This kit is for 1.5" low profile 6-port T-valve systems only.
- Not for 2" low profile valve bases.
- Not for top-feed valves, ball valve systems, or non-compatible valve styles.
- This is not a complete valve housing, lid assembly, clamp, or plumbing body.
- Confirm your existing valve style and base size before ordering.

Maintenance Tips
- Turn off the pool pump and relieve pressure before opening the valve.
- Inspect the lid, O-ring, band clamp, housing, cam, impeller, and gear plate during service.
- Clean debris from the valve housing before installing the new kit.
- Keep the pool filter clean to maintain proper water flow through the in-floor valve.
- After installation, check for leaks and confirm that each cleaning zone cycles properly.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.

- Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- The Pentair Colorsync 618031 is not eligible for return.
- Pool cleaners are not eligible for return.
- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.
- Capacitors are not eligible for return.
- Plastic popup tools are not eligible for return.
- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
