The Pentair 230080 is a 2" T-valve assembly 6 pack used with compatible Pentair In-Floor and formerly A&A Manufacturing in-floor pool cleaning valve systems. These replacement T-valve assemblies help control water flow inside the valve so the cleaning zones can cycle properly.
This part is commonly used when servicing a low profile in-floor actuator valve with worn, damaged, broken, or missing T-valve assemblies. Replacing damaged T-valves can help restore proper zone rotation, improve water distribution, and reduce issues with zones sticking or not receiving proper flow.

Compatibility
This 2" T-valve assembly pack is intended for compatible Pentair/A&A in-floor cleaning valves that use 2" T-valve assemblies. Verify the existing valve style, pipe size, housing, and part number before ordering.
Important Notes
- This is a 6 pack of 2" T-valve assemblies only.
- This is not a complete actuator valve, valve housing, lid, O-ring, cam, impeller, or gear kit.
- Not the same as the 1-1/2" T-valve assembly 230176.
- If the valve is still not rotating correctly after replacing the T-valves, inspect the cam, gear plate, impeller, O-ring, lid, clamp, and valve housing for wear or damage.

Maintenance Tips
- Turn off the pool pump and relieve system pressure before opening the valve.
- Inspect each T-valve for cracks, broken clips, warping, or wear before reassembly.
- Clean debris from the valve housing before installing new T-valve assemblies.
- Keep the pool filter clean to maintain proper pressure and water flow through the in-floor valve.
- After installation, restart the system and confirm that each cleaning zone cycles properly.

Return Policy:
- Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
- Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
- To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
- Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
- Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.
- Please complete the return form to receive your RMA number and return shipping label.
- Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- The Pentair Colorsync 618031 is not eligible for return.
- Pool cleaners are not eligible for return.
- Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.
- Capacitors are not eligible for return.
- Plastic popup tools are not eligible for return.
- Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
- If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
