Aladdin G-345 Super II Housing Gasket

The Aladdin G-345 Housing Gasket is a replacement gasket for compatible Hayward® Super II™ 3000 Series pool pumps. This gasket helps seal the pump housing / seal plate area and is commonly replaced during pump repair, motor replacement, seal service, or pump reassembly.

This replacement gasket is commonly used when a Super II pump is leaking around the housing, seal plate, or motor-side joint, or when the pump has been opened and the original gasket should not be reused.

Common Signs This Gasket May Need Replacement

  • Water leaking between the pump housing and seal plate

  • Old gasket is flattened, cracked, brittle, stretched, or distorted

  • Visible water drip near the motor-side pump housing
  • Pump was opened for service and the old gasket should not be reused

  • This item is the housing gasket only.
  • Shaft seal, diffuser gasket, lid O-ring, pump basket, impeller, seal plate, housing, motor, hardware, and complete pump are sold separately unless otherwise stated.
  • Verify your exact pump model and parts diagram before ordering.
  • This gasket is not universal for all Hayward Super Pump, MaxFlo, TriStar, EcoStar, NorthStar, Pentair, Sta-Rite, Jandy, or Waterway pumps.
  • If the pump housing, seal plate, bolts, threaded inserts, shaft seal, or sealing surface is damaged, replacing this gasket alone may not stop the leak.
  • Do not force misaligned pump halves together, as this can pinch the gasket or damage the pump housing.

Installation Notes

  • Turn off power to the pump at the breaker before service.
  • Relieve system pressure and drain the pump before disassembly.
  • Remove the old gasket and clean both sealing surfaces completely.
  • Inspect the seal plate, pump housing, bolts, and threaded inserts for cracks or damage.
  • Install the new gasket evenly without twisting, stretching, or pinching it.
  • Reassemble the pump evenly so the gasket compresses properly.
  • Do not overtighten housing bolts, as overtightening can damage plastic parts or threaded inserts.
  • After installation, prime the pump fully and check for leaks before returning to normal operation.

Return Policy:

  • Products that are received damaged will receive a refund in store credit.
  • Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, except where noted below.
  • To initiate a return, please complete an RMA form prior to sending your item back.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return credit.
  • Items returned missing accessories or original packaging, or that are not in the same condition as received, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of the item upon return.
  • Some returns will be charged an automatic 15% restocking fee.
  • We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged or rendered inoperable due to installer error.
  • Please complete the return form to receive your RMA number and return shipping label.
  • Chemical products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

  • Pool cleaners are not eligible for return.
  • Opened seals and o-rings are not eligible for return.
  • Capacitors are not eligible for return.
  • Plastic popup tools are not eligible for return.
  • Automation components and circuit boards are not eligible for return.
  • If a light is returned due to a reported malfunction and is found to be fully operational upon testing, return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the original shipping costs being deducted from the refund.
